Our self catering holiday accommodation at the Laundry Cottage has Gas central heating and includes a

• well equipped kitchen/diner with larder, and
• downstairs lavatory.

The cottage and garden are a smoke-free zones. There is amble parking for up to three cars. This quiet location is ideal for families to share. It is a safe environment for children.

Our cottage is equipped with two TVs, one in the dining area and one in the sitting room. They have separate Freeview status so different programmes can be viewed at the same time. Also there is WiFi internet access throughout the building. Energy Efficiency rating:G10

Access

• The Laundry Cottage is let through-out the year as a holiday cottage
• Parts of the cottage dated back to around 1695
• Vehicle access is via the estate and private drives of Thorpe Hall
• There is car parking for 3 cars next to the cottage
• The garden is fenced with 2 gates opening to the car park
• The lawn is level with a view into the grounds of the Thorpe Hall
• Both house doors have steps down on opening
  

• All the facilities are modern
• The bath has a wall shower and there is a downstairs cloakroom
• There is a staircase and no lift
• There is a step down from the dining-room into the hall
• and a step down onto the first floor landing
• The 3 bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor
• The cottage is unsuitable for wheelchairs users and disabled persons
• There is Waif but no telephone
